Goods must be returned with either an invoice/delivery note/order confirmation in their original packaging with all parts included and in a re-saleable condition within 14 calendar days of delivery/collection.
Goods returned that are damaged, have parts missing or are in damaged packaging, will not be refunded.
Stocked goods may be subject to a restocking charge.
Non-stock items, specially ordered/finished items, tubing cut to size, bespoke & made to order items cannot be returned or refunded unless proved to be faulty.
We are unable to accept cancellations for these orders, unless within 24 hours of the order being placed.
