Shipping policy

UK Mainland

For all orders over £150.00 (excluding VAT) within the United Kingdom (UK), delivery is free. (see below exceptions*/**)

For all orders under £150.00 (excluding VAT) within the United Kingdom (UK), delivery is £12.00 + vat. (see below exceptions*/**)


Exceptions: *Excludes (but not limited to) larger volumetric items such as Tubing, Kick Plates, Carpet Cover Strips, Flat & Angle Sections, Radiator Grilles and Lighting Products. We may contact you if there is an additional carriage fee to pay. Otherwise you can always contact us before placing your order to preview your delivery cost if any.

**This excludes the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and Isle of Man.

Collection

If you would prefer to collect your order from our London Showroom then simply select ‘Collect from London Showroom’ from the delivery options. Once your items are ready to collect, we will email you to confirm. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation along and proof of ID. We may also request you to provide proof of credit or debit card used to make your purchase.

Overseas Customers

For all orders from outside of the UK, please select your country from the drop down list and the shipping rate will be calculated. If an order is of an urgent nature please contact us.

*The cost of international shipping excludes import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note that customs policies vary widely from country to country and we recommend you contact your local customs office for further information. The cost also excludes insurance.

Shipping Methods

For all UK orders we use reputable courier firms. If all of your items on your order are in stock and your order is placed before 2pm your order will usually be delivered within 2 working days.

If part or all of your order are not in stock or there are special order items in your basket we will contact you to inform you of approximate lead times.

We require a signature upon delivery. If the courier is unsuccessful after two delivery attempts, the order will be returned to our premises. Any further attempts to deliver will be chargeable.

You will receive an email to confirm we have received your order and that your payment has been accepted. You will also receive an email when your order has been dispatched.

In your dispatch confirmation email we will include any relevant tracking numbers, allowing you to track your parcel on the courier website.

For international shipping we usually use DHL. If you would like to have your goods collected on your own DHL or FedEx account please select the ‘Collect from London Showroom’ option and indicate your shipping account details in the Notes section when placing your order.
