If you change your mind, you may cancel your unfulfilled order at any time. Once your order has been fulfilled you may cancel at any time up to 7 days, from the day after you receive your goods.
For Stocked Products you do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your order nor will you have to pay any penalty. For Non-Stocked Products, Specially Ordered Products and Bespoke Items your right to cancel an order does not apply. If you change your mind or wish to cancel your order you must notify us by email making it clear you no longer require the goods.
If you notify a problem to us under this condition, our only obligation will be, either:
to make good any shortage or non-delivery; to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.
Please do not return a faulty or damaged order to us without contacting us first.
Please check your order before you sign for it from the courier. If the item is faulty or damaged in any way, please do not sign for it and the courier will return the item to us. We will then send a replacement item out as soon as possible.
