Goods must be returned with either an invoice/delivery note/order confirmation in their original packaging with all parts included and in a re-saleable condition within 14 calendar days of delivery/collection.
Goods returned that are damaged, have parts missing or are in damaged packaging, will not be refunded.
Stocked goods may be subject to a restocking charge.
Non-stock items, specially ordered/finished items, tubing cut to size, bespoke & made to order items cannot be returned unless proved to be faulty.
We are unable to accept cancellations for these orders, unless within 48 hours of the order being placed.
