If you change your mind you may cancel your unfulfilled Order at any time. Once the Order has been fulfilled you may cancel at any time up to 14 days, from the day after you receive your goods.
- For Stocked Products you do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your Order nor will you have to pay any penalty.
- For Non-Stocked Products, Specially Ordered Products and Bespoke Items your right to cancel an Order does not apply.
- If you change your mind or wish to cancel your Order you must notify us by email making it clear you no longer require the goods.
If you have received the goods before you cancel your Order once we have been notified you must print a Returns Note from the A & H Brass Website which you must include with the returned goods. The Returns Note will make clear the return address which you must return at your own cost and risk.
Once the goods in question are returned by you, and received by us, in the condition they were in when delivered to you we will re-credit your account within 14 days.
If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.

If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify the problem to A & H Brass within 7 days from the day you received the goods.
If you notify a problem to us under this condition, our only obligation will be, either:
- to make good any shortage or non-delivery;
- to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or
- to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.
Please do not return a damaged order to us without contacting us first.
Please check your order before you sign for it from the courier. If the item is faulty or damaged in any way, please do not sign for it and the courier will return the item to us. We will then send a replacement item out as soon as possible.
